Meet the D-tox Team - Adam

Adam works in our hire team having been with D-tox since the Summer of 2021.  His work involves assisting our drivers and customers on the phone, responding to emails and booking on any services they require, as well as quoting new customers.

Quite often Adam is our go between for our drivers and site locations. He can often be heard locating a toilet by talking to the site contact and relaying this information to the driver, he explained:

“Customers call asking for quotes, or delivery dates ,and I advise them. Sometimes the drivers will call because they need to pinpoint a toilet, so I call the customer to ask them for a site contact or more information about the location. There can be some trouble shooting involved in my work, but it’s great when you can remedy the situation”.

Our resident movie boff too, Adam loves films, films and more films of all genres and anything to do with cinema. When a new movie comes out, he’s first in the queue to see it. Adam is also a gamer and loves a good story behind an adventure.

Prior to joining D-tox Adam worked in a busy solicitors’ in Walsall, and so joining D-tox in another ‘on the go’ and active role was just right for him.

He said of his position at D-tox;

“I love the fast-paced nature of the job and the general relaxed atmosphere of the office, and of course working alongside Laura, who is just brilliant, her knowledge is incredible.”
